Most likely no. If the property is serviced by a septic system we will perform a septic inspection at our expense. The only other exception is if there’s major structural concerns we note during our initial walk through. Other than that, you don’t have to worry about inspections with us.
We can close in as little as 2 weeks. However, some sellers need more time. We are flexible with our closing time frames and can do whatever works best for the seller.
